Bennett Blazers Blazing Wheelchair Lacrosse
Gwena Herman runs a sports program known as theĀ Bennett BlazersĀ for childrenĀ living with physical disabilities. The Blazers are a part of the Kennedy Krieger Instituteā€™s Physically Challenged Sports Program, which provides year-round, competitive, and recreational activities to those in the greater Baltimore area. The Blazers offer a multitude of sports including ice skating, swimming, football, volleyball, and, of course, lacrosse!

Helicopter Parents: We have all heard of them. Most of us have experienced them. Some of you might even be one. These are the parents who are hyper involved in their childā€™s life. Perhaps what you didnā€™t know is that there are different types of helicopter parents. I have identified three major types and they are not all bad.
